Please compose and attach your biography in 60 words or less.   Suggestions to include includes college degrees, marital status, military experiences, kids, career, achievements, best high school memory, if your spouse is an LTHS grad and what year,  etc.  Or just say HI.  Please be sure to put your name on your Biography Sheet (including maiden name).

LTHS Class of 1976 -  25 Year Homecoming Reunion Reservation Form:
Please include a check made for the following amount:
$40 per person if postmarked by June 30, 2001,
$50 per person if postmarked by September 13, 2001.
Otherwise, the cost at the door will be $60/person.  (remember, space is limited so at the door is not guaranteed.)
